Riverside Boulevard Manhattan - Roof replacement

M&S was hired to investigate ongoing water infiltration issues to a number of apartments at this property on Riverside Boulevard in Manhattan. Our investigation was conducted using infrared thermography to monitor water tests coordinated with the building's contractor. Upon completion of the subject water tests, M+S provided documentation and supervision of the necessary repair program which included replacement of existing roof systems along the 5th floor setbacks and window wall repairs to address infiltration at the glazed fenestration. The new roof system was designed with custom fabricated insulation in order to accommodate existing air conditioner openings and counter flashing levels.
