Roosevelt Avenue Queens- Facade restoration (In progress)
M+S conducted a comprehensive review of  the facade conditions and is coordinating a facade repairs program to address SWARMP conditions reported during the previous 8A FISP report, and conditions noted by M+S. Our review aims to achieve a SAFE status within the client's budget. Repairs will include replacement of damaged brick, replacement of deteriorated window lintels, repairs of eroded precast windowsills, replacement of deteriorated caulking, repairs and waterproofing of balcony floors, modification of railing for code compliance, and roof repairs.
