Tribeca- Water Infiltration Investigation

 Using infrared cameras in combination with carefully controlled and monitored water tests, M+S analyzed the potential sources of infiltration along the building's curtain wall system and roof terraces.
Our final report provided the client with a list of necessary roof repairs and a specific maintenance program to address existing leaks and prevent further infiltration incidents. Preliminary cost estimates were also provided as part of our recommendations.
