M+ S used Laser Scanning and BIM to analyze and expedite filing and commencement of the FISP repair program.
Scope of Work: Lintel  and windowsill replacement, reconstruction of brick arches, stucco and terracotta replacement. 100% repointing of front facade mortar joints, limestone patching and custom staining using mineral coatings.
