Upper West Side Manhattan- Envelope analysis and roof upgrades
M+S conducted a comprehensive facade and roof review and prepared budget estimates and a scope of work for prioritized repairs and maintenance work .
Upon scope of work coordination with the owners and managing agent, M+S began the preparation of construction documents suitable for DOB filing.
Construction is expected to start during this summer 2018.
