In collaboration with Costa Architecture and Engineering, M+S conducted a comprehensive Facade survey to determine the need for envelope repairs. The survey was expedited to address conditions included in a recently issued DOB violation for failure to maintain the building. After a survey completed using laser scanners and binoculars, M+S prepare documents for the repair program required to address the exterior deficiencies. |
