West 36th Street - Manhattan Facade repairs and 9th Cycle FISP

For this property at 36th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan, M+S was engaged to perform the FISP Cycle 9 inspection and filing per NYC Local Law 11 regulations. As observed during our hands on inspection, a major repair program was also required/ supervised by M+S including replacement and repair of existing terracotta fenestrations, brick repair, replacement and repointing, reconstruction of severely deteriorated and unsafe balconies; cladding of bulkheads, raising of non compliant parapets, restoration of metal coatings along fire escapes and balconies, and application of breathable coatings along all elevations upon completion of the subject work.
