West 57th Street Manhattan-Cycle 9th FISP inspection and report filing. 
M+S conducted the FISP inspection following the rules amended by NYC DOB. Additional scaffold drop inspections and probes to review the conditions of the cavity wall ties were conducted during our review. M+S is discussing SWARMP conditions with the owners in order to achieve a SAFE status within the cutten cycle.
