Facade repairs and 9th Cycle FISP

M+S performed the FISP Cycle 9 inspection for this property located on W 72nd Street between Broadway and West End Avenue per our company’s standard best practices including Laser scanning and BIM technologies in addition to the required hands on inspections to review and document the required comprehensive repair program required to address unsafe conditions. Comprehensive repair items include terracotta repairs and replacement, brick repointing, repairs and replacement raising of non-code compliant parapets, as well as application of breathable coatings to extend the useful live of the building’s envelope. ​
